Please follow these steps to get a replacement pair
- Email pictures of the outsole to info@reasonyhockey.com
- Email subject should be your order number
- You have to be the original owner of the shoes and the order was placed between Sep 2022 and April 2023
- The issue must be reported within 4 months after receiving the shoes
